Appointment of Principal of Brit College

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Professor Mark Mabey as Principal of Brit College.
Professor Mabey is a highly experienced senior manager with over 30 years working across a range of educational organisations. He has a broad ranging strategic expertise gained from national and regional roles within Government departments, KPMG, Director level posts in HE and HE in FE.
He has extensive experience of working for Quality Assurance Agency as one of only 35 national QAA Co-ordinators, demonstrating in-depth understanding of strategic educational policy and practice within higher education.
Professor Mabey has significant experience of establishing and developing strong and sustainable partnerships with private and public sector bodies alike, particularly in respect of the national employer engagement and participation agenda.
At De Montfort University as Director of Educational Partnerships he led a large Associate College Network as well as overseeing all the University International activity. Most latterly he has been Principal of two Alternative Higher Education Providers establishing University partners for each and significantly increasing student numbers and maintaining the highest quality output.
